Peek & Cloppenburg offers its customers a very special exchange service. You may return items within two months (within two weeks in the Netherlands and Belgium) of purchase, provided the goods are unworn and undamaged. This right to return items applies to all P&C stores upon presentation of the corresponding till receipt  – and also includes reduced items. As an international company, we would like to point out that this flexibility is only possible within national boundaries, e.g. items purchased in Germany can only be exchanged in Germany. In order to avoid delays, simply speak to one of our sales assistants in the respective department who will be glad to help you.

Profit from the extensive P&C service when you pay too! Simply choose between cash and electronic payment with your Maestro (ec) or all current credit cards. Please note, however, that in Germany we only accept the American Express Card.

With Global Refund Peek & Cloppenburg offers its foreign customers tax free shopping. Here are the 3 easy steps to claiming your refund.

1. Shopping
Shop were you see the Global Refund TAX FREE SHOPPING SIGN and simply ask for your tax refund cheque.
2. Authorising
Show your purchases, receipts and passport to customs officials and have your Global Refund cheques stamped.
3. Refunding
Collect your refund in cash at our nearby Cash Refund Office or mail the cheque to Global Refund for a bank cheque send to your address or direct crediting of your credit card.

With the gift vouchers from P&C you’ll always score a hit! These can be purchased at all Peek & Cloppenburg stores. And as long as the national currency matches, they’re even valid across boarders. So you can use your German Euro voucher just as well in a P&C store in Austria. These popular vouchers have a minimum value of € 25 and a maximum value of € 250 per voucher. Please note that gift vouchers are currently not available in Croatia and Hungary.

Too long, too short, too wide? No problem! The tailors at P&C’s alterations services transform your favourite item into a “tailor made garment”. The staff of your P&C store will be happy to inform you of the possibilities. They will find a “perfectly fitting” solution together with you.
