The Peek & Cloppenburg Group is one of Europe’s leading multi-brand fashion retailers. The company combines the in-store shopping experience with digital sales within an integrated business model. With over 170 stores in 17 countries and around 16,000 employees, the Group is built on three key pillars: the holding company, business units and business services.

JC Switzerland Holding AG, based in Zug (Switzerland), is the strategic holding company within the Peek & Cloppenburg Group. Its portfolio includes the companies Peek & Cloppenburg (Düsseldorf/Vienna), ANSONS, Magasin du Nord and JC New Retail.

As the central management unit, it is responsible for overarching tasks such as strategic direction, the structuring of shareholdings and the oversight of key acquisitions.

Its aim is to ensure the Group’s long-term growth and international market presence.

P&C Logo Düsseldorf

Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf is the business unit responsible for the German, Dutch, Belgian and Swiss markets.

The group includes the following specialist service providers: Mode Logistik, which is responsible for internal logistics, and Mode Service, which handles in-store logistics at P&C department stores and ANSONS.

P&C Logo Wien

Peek & Cloppenburg Vienna is responsible for business operations in Austria, Eastern Europe and Italy. As well as managing the Vienna head office, it coordinates all retail outlets in these regions.

In addition, P&C Vienna also operates the ANSONS stores in Eastern Europe.

ANSONS Logo

The menswear retailer ANSONS operates its own stores in Germany and is responsible for the brand’s image.

In addition, ANSONS operates the only Magasin du Nord store in Germany, located in Kassel.

JC DS Group

The JC DS Group is focusing on Magasin du Nord in Denmark and its expansion in Scandinavia.

JC New Retail provides the organisational framework for central, group-wide business services and consolidates these for operational implementation within Fashion ID and Peek & Cloppenburg Service.

Fashion ID (FiD) acts as the P&C Group’s central service centre. As a division of JC New Retail, it brings together cross-business functions that are of central importance to the Group’s strategic development. 

In addition, Fashion ID is responsible for the Group’s digital sales and operates the P&C and ANSONS online shops.

Peek & Cloppenburg Services is a subsidiary of JC New Retail, based in Vienna, and is responsible for group-wide services. 

Logo Mode Logistik

Mode Logistik is the P&C Group’s service and logistics company. It operates distribution centres in Germany and Austria.

Mode Service was founded as part of the P&C Group and has been operating at Peek & Cloppenburg and ANSONS sites ever since. Mode Service oversees a total of three specialist areas: in-store logistics, technical services and the in-store café.

Fashion Digital (FaDi) is the Group’s central IT service provider and is responsible for all the Group’s digital and technological developments.
