Our companies

With over 160 stores in 16 different countries, five online shops and more than 16,000 employees, we are one of Europe’s leading multi-brand fashion retailers, and we are continuing to expand from year to year. To make sure that things always run smoothly, we have set up a number of internal service companies along the P&C* value chain. Their various fashion-related tasks range from purchasing and sales to design of the exclusive P&C brands Christian Berg, McNeal, Jake*s and Review, sold exclusively through the Peek & Cloppenburg (Düsseldorf) Group, as well as IT and logistics. Fashion for men!

ANSON'S Herrenhaus GmbH & Co. KG (ANSON'S), based in Düsseldorf, was founded in 1989 and is part of the Peek & Cloppenburg (Düsseldorf) Group. The company now has 21 stores across Germany, as well as an online store and four physical stores in Eastern Europe, and offers a wide variety of fashionable looks for the style-conscious man under the ANSON’S brand, covering both younger and classic styles.

Fashion ID GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2013. The company runs the online stores Peek-Cloppenburg.de, Peek-Cloppenburg.at, Peek-Cloppenburg.pl, Peek-Cloppenburg.nl and ansons.de and manages all the associated online activities.

The International Brands Company GmbH & Co. KG (IB Company) is responsible for all activities relating to the P&C exclusive brands Christian Berg, McNeal, Jake*s and Review, which are sold exclusively through the Peek & Cloppenburg (Düsseldorf) Group. Founded in 2014, the company’s areas of responsibility include creative and technical product development, procurement and production processes, sales and distribution of the collections and marketing of P&C's various exclusive fashion brands.

Mode Logistik

Mode Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is a service and logistics company that emerged from the Group as a separate company in 2006. Mode Logistik operates five goods distribution centres in Germany and provides advice and support to two others in Austria.

Mode Service GmbH & Co. KG is the in-store logistics service provider within the Peek & Cloppenburg (Düsseldorf) Group. Founded in 2006, the company’s areas of responsibility include the delivery of goods and replenishment of supplies and the management and coordination of in-store logistics and facility management within the stores.

Fashion Digital

Fashion Digital GmbH & Co. KG is the central provider of IT solutions within the Peek & Cloppenburg Group, with headquarters in Düsseldorf and Vienna. The company is responsible for all IT services along the P&C value chain, which involves planning, developing and operating all aspects of Information Technology and programming services of all kinds, and it also provides technical support and maintenance. Areas covered range from network infrastructure and traditional backend systems to the latest digital technology and all the necessary services.
