The certification catalog of the Peek & Cloppenburg* Düsseldorf Group defines which certificates are recognized for the composition of the certified exclusive brand assortment**. It includes only certifications issued by independent, recognized organizations. The subsidiary responsible for our exclusive brands, International Brands Company (IB Company GmbH & Co. KG), has obtained certification according to the following independent standards.
Our goal is to offer an exclusive brand assortment by 2027 in which at least 50% of the products contain a defined minimum proportion of certified materials. An item contributes to this goal if its outer material demonstrably consists of at least 30% materials certified under one of the certifications listed below. The outer material—also known as the main material—refers to the outermost part of the product, which constitutes its primary component. Items containing less than 30% do not count towards our goal. The actual certified proportion varies by product and is indicated on the item itself.
